FADING PICTURE
This tutorial helps you to make your picture fade when you hover it.

Example:

1. Copy the following code and pase it in your body section. Don't change anything

2. Copy the following code and pase it where ever you want your picture to be.

3. Change the code where it says "PICTURE" to the url where you've got your picture.
