Overview:
The AniTa for Android app is available for testing.
This version does not implement all the AniTa for Windows screen enhancements. For example, hotspots and 3D-Boxes are not available.
Confugurable buttons are supported.
Telnet and SSH are supported.
Platforms:
Required Android version: 5.1. Supports Android for Mobile Phones and Surf Boards.
Documentation:
The
product is a "preview". It is a stripped down port from the
AniTa/Java version. There is no specific Android documentation
available.

Installation:
- You need to enable installation of applications not downloaded from the Android market in Settings->Programs, enable “Allow installation from unknown source”.
- Move the AnitaAndroid_x.x.apk.apk file to your phone either by clicking the .apk link above or connecting your phone to a computer or
- Send a email to your phone with the .apk program attached and save it to the “Download” folder of your SD card.
- Optionally, download “Astro File Manager” (FREE version) from Android market on your phone and install it.
- In Astro, browse to the AnitaAndroid_x.x.apk file and click on it to install the application
Configuration:
Long press on the screen to opens the configuration menu system.
