Use the following product code format:
AniTa - Type - Number of Users
Example AniTa - E - 020
Means AniTa - Enterprise - for 20 Users
Supply your customer number, or if you are new customer, Company information (name, address, phone, email to PDF-invoice receiver, VAT number).
Shipping and Service charge
Service charge is 5 Euro or USD per order. This includes electronic shipping (download) with PDF invoice/reciept.Upgrade discount
To qualify for the upgrade price, please supply purchase date, serial number or invoice number.Getting the software
Getting the software AniTa can be downloaded from our web site. On request we ship a CD-rom, together with the license document.License code
The license consists of a serial number and the authorization code for the actual number of licensed users.We ship license code for the latest major version number unless you specifically ask for some specific version.
Maintenance and Support
The Maintenance and Support agreement gives the customer access to the latest version of the software.
It also includes e-mail support and telephone support during office hours (CET). The price is 18%. Contact April System Design for customized agreements.

Supported Platforms
The product is supported by April System Design on the target
platforms providing that:
1. The Windows version is supported by Microsoft.
2. AniTa was purchased within 1 month
or the customer has a Maintenance & Support agreement
with April System Design.
Upgrades
An upgrade to the current version from the previous version costs 25% of the current list price (75% discount). For example an AniTa 11 user can upgrade to AniTa 12 at a cost of 25%.
Upgrading from version 10 costs 50% (50% discount). For example an AniTa 10 user can upgrade to AniTa 12 at a cost of 50%.
Upgrading from a version earlier than version 10 costs 75% (25% discount). For example an AniTa 9 user (and earlier) can upgrade to AniTa 12 at a cost of 75%.
Updates within the same AniTa major version number are free of charge for 2 years when downloaded from the Internet.
To upgrade from the current version of AniTa to Enterprise Edition costs 50% (50%
discount) of the current list price of AniTa Enterprise Edition.
Upgrades from earlier versions to Enterprise Edition costs 75%(25% discount).
Competitive upgrade
